Grayslake Animal Hospital does not submit insurance claims or receive payments directly from insurance companies. There are a variety of pet insurance providers to choose from all with their own plans, policies, and deductibles based on you and your pet’s needs. Pet owners are responsible for paying their bill in full at the time of service and filing their own claims. They are then reimbursed by the insurance provider after appointments. We are happy to provide any itemized invoices, diagnoses, or doctor/medical notes necessary to help assist with claims should the pet insurer request further documentation.
